Terms and Conditions:

* A credit card will be taken to secure your reservation at the time of booking (Visa or Mastercard accepted).

* Full payment is due upon check-in. Please bring a form of payment with you (we accept credit, debit, cash).

* Scandinave Spa Gift Cards can only be redeemed upon check-in

* Reservation changes, cancellations and refunds are permitted up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee will apply (this includes no-shows).

* Gift cards purchased online are activated 48 hours after purchase.

* Gift cards are in Canadian currency, do not expire and are transferrable.

* Gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be used for promotional contests without prior authorization from Scandinave Spa

* Guests must be 18+ years old for Massage treatments. Visit our website for more details about age of entry policies.

* Guests are required to complete a waiver form and accept other terms & conditions upon arrival.
