Terms and Conditions

* Full payment with a credit card is required for online reservations (Visa or Mastercard accepted).

* Scandinave Spa Gift Cards can only be redeemed upon check-in. Guests will receive a refund for their credit card payment.

* Reservation changes, cancellations, and refunds are permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment/reservation time. Same day reservations cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

* If a Massage Guest does not arrive on the day of their appointment, a $90 fee will apply.

* Thermal Journey reservation no-shows are non-refundable.

* Gift cards purchased online are valid 48 hours after purchase.

* Gift cards are in Canadian currency, do not expire and are transferable.

* Gift card refunds can only be issued to the purchaser of the gift card within 45 days from date of purchase. This policy is subject to change without notice and at the sole discretion of Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain.

* Recommended age of entry is 18+ years old. Guests must be 18+ years old for Massage Treatments. Visit our website for more details about age of entry policies.

* Guests will be required complete a waiver form to accept other terms & conditions upon arrival.
